Online psychotherapy across Canada

Therapy for what comes before and after.

P.A.T.H. is an online psychotherapy practice. Our specialty is the weeks after a psychedelic or ketamine experience: what it meant, what's already fading, what you want to keep. Some people come to us before, to think it through properly. Many come for therapy that has nothing to do with any of this. Whatever brings you, you work with one therapist, for as long as it's useful.

We provide psychotherapy only. We don't sell, supply, administer or supervise psychedelics.

After a big experience, most people are handed straight back to ordinary life with nobody to talk to about it. We built a therapy practice for that gap, and for everything else people bring to therapy.

Where are you right now?

  • I've had an experience and I'm still working it out.

Maybe it felt important and you want to keep hold of what it showed you. Maybe it was quieter than you expected, or something came up that you're still sitting with. Maybe the person you most want to tell wasn't there. Integration therapy is a steady place to work out what it meant to you and what, if anything, you want to carry forward.

    After a psilocybin experience

    After a retreat

  • I'm thinking about one.

Preparation sessions are talk therapy about you: why you're considering it, what you hope to understand, your history, who's around you, and what you'll want afterwards. Deciding not to go ahead is always a good outcome.

    Preparation is psychotherapy too

    Before a retreat

  • I'm having ketamine treatment.

Your clinic provides the treatment. We provide the therapy before, between and after it, with the same therapist throughout.

    Around ketamine treatment

  • It isn't about psychedelics.

Most of what we do is ordinary therapy. Anxiety, low mood, grief, relationships, work, a hard season. Start there.

    Everyday therapy

Start with a free 20-minute consultation.

P.A.T.H. provides psychotherapy only. We do not sell, supply, prescribe, administer, dose or supervise psilocybin or any other psychedelic. Any psychedelic experience is arranged independently by the client and is not part of our service.

Everyone talks about the journey. Almost nobody helps with the landing.

The days and weeks after a big experience are where it gets decided whether anything changes. Integration therapy is a steady place to work that out with someone who has heard a lot of these stories.
